Property is located within a condominium on the third floor. once you enter the part that is actually the hotel it is quite a different world and quite beautiful. instructions on entering after hours were clear and concise and very easy. we arrived around 9pm and the host facilitated a transfer for us from FCO to the hotel. host is there for a short period of time but she is readily available via WhatsApp and very kind and helpful. rooms are quite big and jacuzzi is massive (a little slow to fill) but quite a nice amenity. there is a mini bar available for a set price. we needed an iron which host made available for us by the time we arrived. loved this place, wonderful and near piazza di popolo. great location and lots of places nearby. we walked from Fontana de trevi ( approx 20 minutes) every night. very safe and good place to stay if you want privacy and nice stay in the heart of Rome. Spanish steps and all the fancy shops are nearby as well if that’s a plus.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly and great location. We honeymooned here for 9 nights in the King suite. the jacuzzi was perfect after long days of walking and the mini bar came in handy the first night because our flight was delayed in arriving until after midnight and the restaurants nearby were closed. My husband and I both had never traveled outside of our country before and we were worried about a few things, but The Spanish Diamond was such a welcoming experience. We would recommend to anybody looking for a romantic getaway. The room had double paned windows so we couldn't hear anything outside, which made sleeping in easy. We were provided with recommendations for things to do and places to eat, we had easy (but long) walking access to: the football stadium for an AS Roma game, Vatican city, the colosseum, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese, and all of the shopping near Via del Corso (among other common tourist haunts). One day, the staff even left us a surprise to make our stay even more special. Overall, a great experience in this private getaway from the crowded streets of the city.

The suites were situated in a great location to easily access the various landmarks, as well as the numerous shops, bars & restaurants. The suite host, Elena, and her Team were fantastic. They were always contactable either in person at tbe suites or via WhatsApp to deal with any issues & offer expert guidance. Thank you. The suite itself was spacious & comfy - and the jacuzzi just added to the experience (and was much needed after a long day sightseeing). We'd certainly stay there again if we ever get the chance to visit Rome again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many of the famous sites. 5 minutes from Spanish steps. 10 minutes from Trevi Fountains. 25 minutes from Vatican City. 30 minutes from Colossium. Really helpful staff with easy check in and out. Excellent standard of cleaning in the room. All finished to high standards. Some really good restaurants close by too. We particularly enjoyed Pizza Re and Tratorria Al Gran which are both located on the same street. This made it very easy due the heavy rain to find a place to eat. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property was amazing and very close to all the main attractions. The host was amazing, honestly she couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Originally we were apprehensive about staying in Rome after hearing other people’s experiences but this honestly was 5 star. The facilities were amazing and I wouldn’t look past it when we return to Rome again.

This apartment was amazing, it was clean, in a great location for all attractions and the service from both the maid and the lady on reception was brilliant. I would highly recommend and should we return to Rome, this is where I would be staying again. The hot tub was amazing after a busy day of walking, staying there for hours watching Netflix. Thank you for ensuring we had an amazing stay.

We loved our time here! Perfect location - close to the metro to the Colosseum and super close to the spanish steps. The Trevi fountain and the pantheon weren’t too far of a walk either. The room was gorgeous and the staff were amazing! We spoke to staff on Whatsapp and they helped us with information and booking a taxi to the airport. An amazing stay!

The property was very clean. Linens were always fresh and the bed was actually really comfy. I highly recommend. The location sas perfect 10-20 minute walks to whatever we wanted to see and right next to the « downtown » area. The staff was fantastic offering recommendations and accommodations upon request. So happy I found this place.
